Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mh370 platform — whether through mh370.ws or our official app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect immediately from the moment you begin using the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operators of the mh370 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform and close your account if one has already been opened. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The mh370 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that online betting services are lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. mh370 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while verification is in progress.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Mh370 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. This process may involve submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a Malaysian IC or passport. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Mh370 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, lawful manner that does not harm other users or the integrity of the platform. Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the mh370 system is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorised automated software, or engage in any form of fraud will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
The use of bots, automation software, or any tool that simulates human activity is strictly prohibited. Users are also prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal purpose. mh370 complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers provided by mh370 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Attempting to abuse promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses more than once — is a violation of these terms and may result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and closure of the account. mh370 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Users agree not to post, transmit, or share any content that is offensive, obscene, threatening, or unlawful through any communication feature on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any such content and take appropriate action against the accounts involved without any obligation to provide prior notice.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mh370 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support major local payment methods including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), which links directly to the online banking portals of major Malaysian banks, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet for instant payments. Available payment methods may change from time to time and will be updated within the platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the platform's current policies and may vary depending on the payment method selected. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these limits before making any transaction. Successful deposits are typically credited within minutes, while withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and account verification status.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the mh370 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. mh370 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending full identity verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests exceeding a set threshold.

The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen temporary outages. mh370 is not liable for any financial loss or damage incurred by users as a result of such service interruptions, unless caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
All content on the mh370 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is intellectual property protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mh370. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The mh370 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. mh370 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
